I'm trying to book tickets to go to Italy. The website messed up and directed me to the call centre.
After waiting almost 7 minutes before someone assisted I was on the phone for almost 30 minutes only to be told that I can't be helped and mist try in 2 days again.
SERIOUSLY??? This from the airline who advertises their great service to everyone! I'm so disapponted'
