In January 2011 I upgraded my contract with MTN. I was supposed to be charged R189per month. Every month for the last 2 years I was charged an additional amount of R78 VAT. I was thus paying R289 instead of R189. Last month they finally realised THIS and gave me a low credit amount of R445. THE CREDIT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSER TO R2400. iI AM DUE FOR AN UPGRADE BUT MAY NOT STAY WITH MTN.
