After reporting network reception problems to Cell C on the customer care hotline and at the Cell C Store in river square Vereeniging, I was sent a form to complete. This form was completed and sent to Cell C. Still no respons from Cell C. I changed service provider from Vodacom to Cell C to my disapointment. I am totally dissatisfied with my dealings with Cell C.
