Telkom bad response to fixing line issue

I have been a Telkom user for 2 years now... I have a fault on my line and they keep on telling me that they are sending a techy out!!! this is the 4th time i have had a fault on my line!! I went with Telkom because they assured me that they are the best IPS provider. My speed is ok during the day, but from 7:00 to 11:00 my speed goes down a lot. I mainly use my internet for online gaming! i get a 14-16 ping on JHB servers and 32-36 ping on CT servers. but now i get 250 to 300 ping from 7 to 11. Dont know who to talk to anymore to resolve this problem!
