Pathetic 3'rd rate customer service from cell C

FNB contacted me and offered a cell C simcard for my ipad I did mention that I was not sure about 3G coverage for cell C in area and was assured that I can Call Cell c and cancel the agreement should this be the case. I did this and the contract was supposed to be cancelled, but cell c keeps on deducting the fees from my account. I called cell c again but got cut off after 20 minutes, the I used their website to report the problem and was supposed to be contacted within 48 Hours after almost a week they emailed me and asked for mu ID number, I responded with it and a week later I am still waiting for them to contact me. The customer service at Cell C is horrible, and as long as the debit order goes trough they don't care. It seems Cell C is a bunch of money grabbers and their network deserves a C rating, C standing for 3'rd rate service, products, customers service and attitude.
