Very Bad contractual Service

Acc no. 119043930. I spotted a large board that had a large heading 10 Gigs for R149.00. I was excited to say the least and walked in to find out more. The first person didn't even know about the promotion. The second person was on his way out and could not help and third person got me signing papers for several minutes. After signing the contract I get to understand a few minor details, such as the contract for the 10 gigs is good if you only use it between 12am - 6 am. The 2 gigs are your daily use. This has forced me to work at mid night when I had no intentions too. After several days I walked into the Cape Gate Store and asked a vital question; "How do I know what data is for the day time and what data is for the mid-night? " I have only one fixed data bundle on my account. No one in the entire store knew the answer. It is not the best time for me to work at night, nevertheless I have tried my best to not overdo my data bundle. It is the end of the month and I have 2700mb still available and my 1st Statement arrives, I am in debt of R878.88. If there are anyone who knows how I can get myself out of this contract or take it over, I will be well pleased. Kevin Rich 0829607720
