I have 2 Cell C speed-sticks that gives me 2GB pm each, however I am unable to utilize it. At night the download speed becomes 0 kbps and it won't allow browsing or anything. It makes using the data impossible.
However during the day the internet has no problems reaching download speeds of over 2.5mbps.
I have also tested this at night at two other places other than my home and experience the same problem. Zero download speeds at night (between around 5pm and sometimes 11pm)
This is very frustrating. I want to use the internet I paid for at night but cannot do so.
It has been going on like this since the start of February.
Something must be done about this, please!
