Poor service and Bad attitude

I was phoned by Auto page to say my contract is due for an upgrade. I initially wanted to port my number to Vodacom but was convinced by the caller who I must acknowledge did an excellent job of discussing my needs and giving me options to choose. She was suppose to send an email but I guess that she may have got it wrong

Based on the options I went to Autopage in Polokwance (Checkers centre) on Saturday with my daughter and her friend.. there was a lady and a gentleman. the lady was talking to some guy and the gentleman was assisting some whit couple. I told her that I have been told that am due for an upgrade. she asked my telephone number, went on the system and immediately told me to com e back on Thursday as my upgrade is only due then. I asked why did Autopage phone me, she said she didn't know. I went out and came back with a view of talking to the gentlemen who was still busy.

I logged a call to Autopage spoke to Arnold Dlaminin who assisted me and explain what happened to me on Saturday. she put through the phone who still insist that what I say is not true insinuating that I am lying.

This is the behavaiour that will make Autopage to lose customers.
