Recently I, Gavin Styane and Laura Hill travelled to Thailand, we turned on our roaming and were advised by cell C to turn off mobile data which I did as soon as we arrived. The only data I used was at free wifi hotspots, which i used throughout our trip. We flew out on the 18th december, landed on the 19th of december. On landing we found out that the cellphone had been suspended, we were told we had a R23 000 rand cellphone account. I was also informed that it was suspended on the 21st of December. So I used 23000 rand in two days? Just so everyone is aware we were on a bus to cambodia for the entire day on the 21st. We have phoned cell C to dispute the amount and was told an investigation would ensue, nothing has happened since and cell C has now deducted the amount off our account, this is completely unacceptable. Please find attached pictures relating to this problem. We have tried to be amicable but have had absolutely unsatisfactory responses.

I have posted on Facebook but they removed the complaint within seconds of it being posted, I have also posted the same complaint on my timeline if anyone is interested in liking it and sharing it.
