Cant yourl get things right, is it that difficult?

Got and ipad mini last year via online sales, it never worked even for one day, I cancelled the entire upgrade and was told that the fees would be reversed.
Now my debit has went off, The ladies that I was dealing with (named on person responsible) I have been emailing and calling them, I don't get any replies. People keep saying that they are giving Nompumelelo the message to call me but I'm still waiting for that call. after been a client for so many years, I am truly disgusted with this service. No one seems to be able to help. Its been over a month now and this thing is stressing me out on a daily basis. Is it that difficult to get some cancelled and refunded? I really expected more from a giant like vodacom. I now I have ipad from telkom, they were much cheaper and better to deal with, no hassels at all. So Leeza Brazier or Nompumelelo please can you get this sorted out asap, I cant handle this anymore, Its really getting to me, I dont have the time for this and my patience is also running out.
