Cell No 0745751977: I logged a complaint to cell C through hello peter regarding a cell c contract upgrade occurred without my authority, I logged a complain on 09.12.2013, matter has not been resolved, no feedback. I wish someone can resolve the matter as I cannot afford to pay R389 for something that I did not buy. I tried to follow up with cell c on 14.01.2014, I was told the matter is with dept however dept told me that the matter is with upgrade dept and upgrade dept advised me that the matter is with sales dept, this has confused me.
