(Short Version) On the 8th of December'13 I logged aquery regarding my internet billing. According to the consultant they have to log the query to their billing department. After numerous phone calls and no luck, I phoned again early in January '14. The consultant told me Vodacom will phone me before 15th January (did not say which year though, my bad, I should've asked). Needless to say, I did not get a phone a call or any response. Again I made a couple of calls between the 15th and 20th and all the consultants MADE NOTES to forward to the relevant department. Today 20th January '14 a month and a half later, I phoned again and no one can tell me when the billing department will have an answer??? Think it might be 2015!?

I think MTN or even Cell C might be the future as Vodacom is not interested in my R1500 a month, but then again I'm just a number, hey Steve...
