POOR SERVICE FROM CELL C

I HAVE RECEIVED THE MOST POOR SERVICE FROM CELL C, I HAVE RUNNING AROUND AND SPENDING MONEY ON FAXING AND SCANNING TO EMAIL JUST TO GO ON THE RUN AROUND TO GET NO HELP FROM THE STORE IN BRIDGE CITY AND CELL C'S CALL CENTRE SERVICE.

ALL I WANTED WAS MY PHONE TO GET UN-BLACKLISTED FROM THE 15/01/2014, I WENT TO THE STORE THEY GAVE ME A FORM TO FILL OUT AND THEY FAXED IT FOR ME AND SAID IT TAKES 2 TO 24HOURS FOR IT TO GET UN-BLACKLISTED, THEY SAID ME TO DO MY OWN FOLLOW UP AND CALL 140 AND SELECT OPTION 9 . I DID AS THEY TOLD ME AND THE CALL CENTRE AGENT SAID THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE ANY FORMS FOR UN-BLACKLISTING AND SAID THAT I MUST GO BACK TO THE STORE WHICH I DID AND THE STORES CONSULTANT SAID I MUST CALL THE CALL CENTRE AGAIN.

I AM SO ANGRY ABOUT THE POOR SERVICE I EVEN EMAILED MY DOCUMENTS TO [Email Removed] BUT STILL NO RESPONSE I NEED MY PHONE TO BE UN-BLACKLISTED ASAP BUT THERES NO HELP FROM THE STORE AND CELL C CALL CENTRE.

THE POWER IS NOT IN MY HANDS CELL C NEEDS TO HAVE MUCH BETTER AFTER SERVICE NO MATTER WHO THE CUSTOMER IS, I'M A CUSTOMER AND EXPECT GOOD HELP FROM ANY STORE THAT I GO TO, NOT GOING IN CIRCLES TO GET WHAT I NEED.
