VODACOM IS BECOMING GREEDY

VODACOM IS BILLING ME FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT DOES NOT EXIST . THEY ARE NOT COMPLYING WITH NATIONAL CREDIT ACT . I HAVE TWO ACCOUNT WITH THEM OF WHICH ONE OF THEM IS ON ITS 23RD MONTH, I HAVE BEEN PAYING BOTH THESE ACCOUNT ON A MONTHLY BASIS WITHOUT A FAIL, I DO NOT HAVE A HISTORY OF UNPAID DEBIT ORDER, ALL OF A SUDDEN R20, 00 GOES OF MY ACCOUNT BY VODACOM WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY . ON THE 12TH OF JAN I CALLED THEIR SUPPORT CENTRE TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS THAT R20, 00 FOR, I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS CONNECTION FEE FOR A THIRD CONTRACT I HAVE WITH THEM, FURTHER TO THAT THE LADY TOLD ME THAT I WILL BE DEBITED R1100, ON THE 20 TH OF JAN FOR I AM BEING PENALISED FOR THE UNPAID R20, 00 AND THE NORMAL DEBIT ORDER OF R199, 00. WHO SIGNED FOR THAT CONTRACT THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR? WHO IS USING THAT TABLET? DOES VODACOM HAVE RETURNED GOODS DEPARTMENT? IF THEY DO, WHY CANT THEY SEE THAT THE TABLET WAS RETURNED ON THE VERY SAME DAY? OBVIOUSLY SOMEONE IS INCOMPETENT AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT . LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING I DO NOT WANT THAT MONEY TO GO OFF MY ACCOUNT, ONLY MY NORMAL DEBIT ORDER.
