I was informed by Lindiwe Mqolombeni on 30 October 2012 Samsung galaxy s4 is lte capable. I was emphatic on whether it is lte capable and was informed that it is.2 Weeks later I phone call centre as no lte connection. Informed phone not have lte. Went to Westgate Branch and was again told it is compatible, was given new sim. Own research, - phone not lte capable. Was given option to cancel. I asked what financial implications would be, if I were to cancel. was told by Lindiwe she does not know but she will find out if there will be a penalty. I also mentioned that if I wanted to cancell it would not be by choice but because 8ta is unable to provide me with the service and quality of the product which I was requesting as per the policy so I can not pay a penalty. she told me they will phone me back to tell me if there will be a penalty. I did not ask to cancell. I heard nothing from no one for 3 months and now suddenly my contract is cancelled even though I never requested a cancellaton.girl told me she logged call 2 enquire if a penalty would be imposed if I hypothetically wanted to cancell, now my contract is cancelled without me requesting a cancellation.
