Purchased blackberry on 2 Dec 8 days later phone crashed went back to cell c and they said they could not help me. sent me to blackberry canal walk saying there are 8 technicians that will solve the problem (there is only 1 technician at canal walk) a 2 hour que said the software needed updating Two weeks later same problem occurred I took phone back to blackberry as I knew cell c were not helpful the first time. The blackberry consultant said If i have any problems in the near future take the phone back to cell c and demand a new phone as the phone is faulty on the 29 Jan the phone did have problems it started freezing 3 rd time within 2 months more problems I went back to cell c and asked for a manager as 3rd time is ridiculous She said she would send phone away as probably a faulty handset. Now I sit with no phone again and yet I am paying a contract? surely I should have been given a new working phone immediatly considering the phone is faulty??? I am fed up and wont buy a phone from cell c again there is no aftersales service they pass the buck to blackberry. How can you not give a customer a new phone They admitted there was a faulty bunch of blackberry phones bad batch
