I went to Pavilion mall 2 days ago to get my sell 8ta/Telkom mobile tablet contract. I was asked to answer verification questions which I did not answer correctly on two occasion but I answered correctly on my 3rd attempt.
I was then told that they cannot approve the contract the head office will have to intervene, it the second day now I have been contacted by the head office nor Pavilion mall.
I appreciate the fact that Telkom mobile verify the customer before issuing the contract it is a good control. If they can clear this immediately I would appreciate that.
