I would like to lodge a complaint with regard to Mobile phone billing. In August, I went to MTN outlet at the Gateway Shopping centre in Durban, i asked them to migrate my personal mobile number (0734472483) into my company. They asked me to write them a letter on a company letterhead as per the company's regulations, which is what i did urgently. It took five working days for them to migrate the number into my company account. Eventually they did change it. When the first payment went off from my business account, it was R670.00 which came as a shock since previously i was paying nothing more than R200. To my suprise, yesterday when i looked at the 3-month statement from MTN, I realised that there is a mobile number (0605061867) which appears on my business account with MTN. I have never owned that number, and i dont know how did it end up into my account. My account number is: A4677790.
