I have a registered "my account" online service with Altech Autopage
I require monthly itemized billing for my company to reimburse my company calls
I have been unable to upload the November calls since 1 December and have been phoning the headoffice and brances for help since the 2nd of December.
To date I have had no assistance as they always just escalate the problem with no results when ever you ask for a manager they are never available...
I have spent hours on the phone trying to sort this out... it is the 6th of December and I still do not have any results... I am fed up.
