No Refund after WORST service and a promise

After my last complaint I have until today not receive any "call back; email; effort" from Cell C. Every attempt to speak to them has been from my side where I had to call, waste my airtime and still get no joy.

I cancelled my contract with them and due to incorrect billing from their side (they conveniently forgot to add the Cap to my account after this was requested on both my data contracts) I was overcharged. The billing department advised that they will refund me the moment my contract was cancelled. When I called today to enquire about the refund (as my account was paid in full this month and the contract now cancelled) they have the flippen audacity to tell me there is no refund due to me... Please tell me how is R915.61 of overcharging me not due for a refund???

I WANT MY REFUND and I want this matter sorted out by no later than 5 December 2013. The assistance (what assistance?) has been pathetic and horrible and I am truly grateful that my contract is now cancelled.

I will keep on complaining until someone FINALLY man up and do their work and assist me with the refund.

Please note that this has really been the worst 6 months of doing business with you!
