My 2M ADSL has gone dropped to .012Mbps since technician worked on patch pole across the house. Customer care states they are upgrading to 4M line an I will have to live with the problem. 1st person reset router in exchange and it lasted for 1 hour. 2nd person Chris was arrogant and rude and said I should have received email and he can do nothing for me after a demanded to speak to supervisor he explained it is due to the upgrades and that the line are overloaded due to the promotions running. Once again this is not what I pay nearly R1000 for and and what I expect after 4 years of contract service. Telkom you are going down the drains. Fault no. 1320CTK021213
