A different story every time

On the 11th November I ordered an upgrade on my phone, completed all that was required and was told I would receive my phone latest 18th November. On the 19th November 2013 I called as I had not received my phone and was told that I must phone RAM couriers to find out where it is, Vodacom could not assist. I requested that I go into a vodashop and do the upgrade and got told no as this was already scheduled online. On the 22nd received an SMS that my phone would be delivered. Received my phone on 25th November 2013.

On the 11th November, was told that I would need to phone 082 1945 to do a simswap when receive the phone and that this could be done over the phone. received my phone with the sim, called the number to do a simswap and got told that they had no record of my upgrade on their system and to call 082 1959 - Called this number and was told that my phone was scheduled for delivery on 6th December 2013 - however I have my phone, spoke to consultant and they said that they can only do prepaid sim swaps over the phone and I have to go into a vodashop to do a simswap.

This is a complete waste of time and everytime I have called have been told a different story.
