I am starting to H8ta Telkom Mobile

I have moved to Telkom Mobile and my VERY 1ST INVOICE is incorrect!!! I called in to advise the x2 contracts i took shows NO CONNECTION FEES WILL BE CHARGED, AND THEN THEY CHARGED THEM STILL. I CALLED IN, waited 72 hours, received a sms confirming everything was resolved. Today i get a sms with the R400 charges included once more. ABSOLUTLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! i called in AGAIN, was told it will take another 72 hours. TELKOM I AM GETTING MY BANK STATEMENT SO YOU CAN PAY FOR MY BANK CHARGES!!!
