Still the worst Customer Service EVER!

I have complaint before. Many times. In short, CellC overcharged me after they made a mistake with my dataplan. They accepted responsibility for their mistake and rectified with promises of not deducting R1377 off my account... Everything was fine for a month or 2 when suddenly last month they deducted this R1377. What did they think? I would not notice? Once again I called and asked for answers. Once again not receiving any. And R1377 taken from me without my permission. What is it called again when you take something without the owner's permission? O yes... If you are on this site to find out if you should take any contracts from CellC, please listen to me and DON'T... My statements are a mess and nobody can sort it out and they just deduct your money. And, to top it all, there are no CellC shops in this area. When asking other retailers what the reason is they ALL confirm that CellC customer service is just too bad. I will never take another contract with CellC and am praying that time goes by faster to complete contract.
