It is amazing how certain companies takes advantage of people. My average monthly account is around R230. Due to their excessive costs, I don't make use of Telkom as my ADSL ISP. For some reason my debit order was returned and now Telkom charges an addition R170.31 on my account.
I called the call centre and spoke to Mahlomola Moalosi, he was helpful but was limited in what he could do to help. When I asked to speak to his supervisor (Pricilla Galatia), it appeared that she was too busy to speak to customers. At the point of writing this complaint I've been on hold for 10 min. After being on the phone for 21 minutes I've left a message for Pricilla to call me back regarding this matter.
