I have tried resolving issues via phone, via email, via HP, via stores, and had absolutely no response from MTN. I get a call, I get the promise of next day problem solving, and never hear from them again.
Pathetic. I will go the route of CPA and Ombudsman to resolve the issue with these t h i e f s.
You expect me to pay a contract, but the fact that I have no signal is obviously not your concern.
Lazy, pathetic bunch you are.
