I can only surmise that MTN billing system has issues
it has taken me 1 year to resolve a huge bill from September last years as per my previous report.after ICASA got involved I got some credit and even though unhappy I paid the balance. Then immediately without explanation I get a 'GOODWILL CREDIT" on my account for more than the payment I was required to make to settle the account - why??? I don't want a credit on my account they could have cleared the debt amount.how can I figh a debt for 1 year with poor response but some guy at MTN behind a counter approves instantly a goodwill credit for 10k?
AND THEN
NEW BILL ISSUE voice shows an amount of around R900 BUT the statement reflects for the same invoice over R1300??? I contacted Somayya Akhalwaya who escalated this on 18 Septemeber and I have had no reply to my emails since.
I would like MTN to set up a meeting and go through this mess as I cannot trust the billing system after all of this including the bill I received last year for around R27 000 that I spent a year fighting and paying
