Cannot stop deductions from my account

On 28 April 2011, I took out a 24 month contract from then 8Ta/Telkom Mobile. On Sunday 31 March 2013, I went to the Telkom Mobile shop in the Centurion Shopping Mall and asked that my contract be ended. I did not want to continue with the contract, not even as a pay-as-you-go (Case number 4166881). 8Ta/ Telkom Mobile kept on deducting the monthly premiums from my account. On 7 July 2013, I went back to the same 8Ta/Telkom shop and spoke to Salome, who assured me that the contract has now been stopped. On 13 September 2013, I went back again to try and stop the contract and spoke to Salome again. a New case was opened to remove the number from the network (Case 6714395). It feels as if my 24 month contract with 8Ta/Telkom Mobile has turned into a Life sentence as I cannot get this contract cancelled and my money refunded from May 2013.
