My business line has been disconnected due to incompetence of the accounts dept. reflecting a ADSL LINE that I do not have. I have phoned many times only to be put to one department to the next to no avail sent letters and fax and now they have cut my line due to their incompetence. This is a business line and I am losing business due to this. I wonder if Telkom will pay me for my loss??? or just as always say we are terribly sorry for this.
