On the 15 th of august my vodacom debit order went of 5 times due to an error.
I now have vodacom is breathing done my neck because they say it did not go through. I have sent bank statements and a letter for the bank that it did go through.
due to the error one went through because i had enough money in my bank account. But the other four did not because there was not enough money in my account.
Now the probleme is i have paid and vodacom said i did not. they say i can not read the statement because it was sent back. if they can read 5 debit orders went of in the payment column and four were sent back in the deposit column.
so 5 payments - 4 reversed payments = 1 successful payment.
is it so hard to understand.
