I phoned the cell c customer service number (084 145) on 22/07/13 to open a new contract with cell c. At the end of the call I asked how long will it take to receive the phone and the lady said 5-10 working days. I then phoned on 26/07/13 to get an update on the application and I was told that there was a problem with my surname when matching to my ID and that someone will get back to me to correct it. It was only a week later on 01/08/13 did someone get hold of me to correct my details. after this they said I will get my phone within a few days. I phoned again on 05/08/13 to again find out when I will get my phone and they said the application had only been accepted on 02/08/13 and will get it by Thursday. 08/08/13 afternoon I phoned again to find out and they now changed there story to say my application was only accepted on 07/08/13 and that I will get my phone the following week. I again phoned on 13/08/13 and they said my phone will be delivered by the end of the week, they are just waiting for courier to come and pick it up. I phoned AGAIN TODAY AND THEY SAID NO THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK OF SOMETHING FOR MY PHONE I WANT. IT IS NEARLY A MONTH AND STILL NO PHONE!!!
