Perhaps it is pointless to complain and I should just move to another service provider but here goes:
After buying a data bundle this morning I have no internet connection on my phone, but connecting out of bundle before purchasing the bundle was no problem *big frown on face*. To just make matters worse my calls have been dropping the last week like it is no-one's business. I simply cannot run a business like this.
The customer care line couldn't solve my problems either - ref: S3-TYI2E-EC4YZ.
I think it is time to move my R3000 contracts to another service provider.
