Why was `caller line identity' activated on my land-line if the handset that I had received when I activated my 2 year contract was a normal telephone (ie. that didn't have a screen to show me who was calling me)?
I don't know if I was charged R 30 per month x 24 months = R 720 for the 2 year contract
IF you were going to activate this type of service, surely you should have sold me a phone that could show who was calling me?
I've only recently bought myself a phone that has a screen and can view calls (bought 15 July 2013) - 2 months after my 2 year contract finished
