I ASKED FOR AN ACCOUNTS MANAGER ON 28TH MAY AND THE HELLO PETER CONTACT AT VIRGIN ON THE 27/05 FOR THE MANAGER CUSTOMERCARE (SHELDON JOSEPH) TO PLEASE CONTACT ME AS PROMISED. (NO RESPONSE FROM REPORT DATED 28/5/2013 OR CUSTOMERCARE MANAGER. This is typical of the response from Virgin Mobile. I have asked for comment from Virgin's CEO, but as with all the other staff there was no response. I asked for Jason Hair again today but they didn't know where he was. I have just cancelled the second contract of 5 with virgin. They at one time had very good deals. But not any more. Their deals are pathetic. I probably won't get a call from Jason Hair. On previous occasions he never returned calls.
