Applied via telesales 084 145. Spoke to Nqobile Mazibuko. Applied for a new contract on 25/07/2013. It is seven days later and the contract is still not approved. I phone through to the call centre and they all say that it is still sitting by validation/vetting. I can't get anyone to give me info on what is taking such an unreasonable amount of time. It took me quicker to get a car loan. This is pathetic service!!! I am porting away from MTN - I could walk into MTN and walk out with a phone. This is really making me doubt whether I made the right decision to move to Cell C. PATHETIC!!!
