After complaining to the so called "Customer Care" for Nokia about none of their stores, including their online store stocking protective covers for the Nokia Lumia 800. I then got a reply from a wonderful man Moustafa El Safty - Nokia Care Representative - Nokia Middle East & Africa; who told me to try my closest Nokia store and then sent me a list of stores in South Africa. You know... because I DIDN'T ALREADY TRY THAT! So my complaint is not only about Nokia not stocking products they say they have and then also having the most useless Customer Care known to man kind.
Lets be honest... They wont reply to this because they couldn't even make the effort when the complaint was sent directly to them.
