I changed my bank account details telephonically after a debate with the consultant about when the bank detail change will take effect.
I made sure that I called way before the 15th June to chnage my bank account details so that it could take effect for the end of June and I was assured by the consultant that my debit order will be deducted from my new bank account. I asked her for a reference number and was advised that there is no reference number.
The debit order still hasnt gone off my new bank account and now I am receiving sms' about my line being suspended and that the I have to pay an addional R70 for bank charges etc.
I emailed cellc 4 days ago "twice" (i have the auto reply) and still havent received any response
I do not see the need for me to contact CellC or email them again, because this is absolutely ridiculous.
Even the consultant I spoke to had an attitude...
