APPALLING Service From Customer Consultant DINEO

The reason why we were there was to fetch a new cellphone for my friend's mother which my friend had gotten on contract.
She (the sales assistant by the name of Dineo) did not smile Nor greet. She wanted to know who helped us the day before instead of assisting us herself. Finally she went to get the phone. Then she told us they dont have SIM cards. We suggested that she ask the MTN in the mall to bring the SIM, then we started talking amongst ourselves that we should buy the SIM card from Clicks. She rudely informed that its a contract and we cant buy ourselves the SIM card. Her expression was meant to undermine our intelligence meanwhile how are we to know and in fact why were there no SIM cards in the shop. She was rude and intentionally made us feel stupid with her attitude. She told me that I am not an MTN customer and she will only talk to my friend. How does she know that I am not an MTN customer and infact after her shoddy treatment yesterday I have a good mind to convince my friend to cancel a 24 month arrangement with yourselves. I would appreciate feedback on this matter urgently and an apology from Dineo. She actually was Veryyy Rude.
