its been almost a month since i last posted a complaint on this forum & after receiving an email from Vodacom stating a consultant will contact me within 48 hours- well... im still waiting for that.
i am the one contacting vodacom on a daily basis to find out what is going on regarding my problems. i have been dealing with a lady by the name of amber killian from the vodacom porting department regarding my issues and cannot get an answer as to when my porting problems will be resolved. currently i am using a vodacom & cell c sim card for the same number!!!
Vodacom numbers can only contact me when my vodacom sim is in my fone- while all other networks can not get hold of me.
this is hampering my business to a very large extent and if not resolved, i will go the legal route to ensure that vodacom compensate me for all potential business lost as well as expose this in the media.
i would appreciate if someone senior from the vodacom porting department contact me urgently to resolve this issue.
