I have contacted the vodacom call centre regarding a contract i had with them and i settled the account in august 2012 .they handed over the account to MBD attorneys, The mbd attorney never contacted me to make an arragement with them, so i was making payments directly to vodacom Account number .on the 14 march 2013 i received an email from mbd attorney that i had an oudstanding legal fees of R261, i then made a payment of R270 on the 23rd of April 2013 to vodacom as the email i received said i urgently needed to make payment to vodacom for account number 9I2289560.I arranged for a once off payment to be made but our system had an error and accidently continued to make payment of R270 again in may and june and now its means a payment of R810 was received by vodacom, i just called to ask how i can make ask for a refund from them and they told me the money is reflecting on their account but they cannot see any other details since the account was handed over.but when i call mbd attorney they told me they had not received any payments .but i do have proof of payment for the 3 months.
