I expect management to reason differently from the cashiers and the technicians. This has nothing to do with the signed job card.
I am pointing you to a ethical issue around informing me before wiping out my data, I never asked Nashua Mobile to back up my data for me. How was I to know that a screen change would result in deliberate data wipe off. Some one within the process should check with the customer in such circumstance.
You are missing it. Someone in your system deliberately wiped off the data on my phone without checking with me; it was not accidental.
