Richards bay Virgin Active faulty equipment

I have been really disappointed with Virgin Active recently. I have had to move my membership from Cape town to Richards bay since I relocated there permanently. I ws shocked to discover that the fees for Richards bay is higher than what I payed for the gym in Cape Town, on the N2 near Somerset West. I would understand this increase if the Richards bay gym was a better gym but they are one of the worst gyms I have been to. The facilities are poor, the steam room has been out of order for weeks, alot of times they have equipment thats out of order which takes forever to get fixed and there operating times are much more restricted then some of the other gyms. When I complained to the head office about this, they assured me that someone will call me which never happened. Come on Virgin Active, I expect much better from you guys.
