Edgars account compromised YET AGAIN

In late February I paid off my Edgars account in full, I've made no further purchases on the account since then. The only charges left would be monthly service fees (if any) & the R32p/m for the lifestyle club. Last month I received an sms outlining a number of purchases made on the account amounting to over R3000!

These purchases were made all over Gauteng over a number of days while I was in fact in the WC, in possession of my card.

I went to the nearest edgars to file a complaint, followed procedure & supplied relevant information to fill a dispute form. Today, I receive an sms saying Edgars has informed Transunion that I am a slow payer!!! How am I a slow payer when I am waiting for the charges on my account to be reversed? Where does edgars get off reporting me to the credit bureau when the reason I haven't paid the account is due to their insecure systems that have on more than one occasion resulted in purchases being made on my card without my consent!
What angers me is that this is the second time this has happened to me with my edgars account. Now my credit record is being affected because of their negligence!!! and many weeks after lodging my complaint I STI
