Ordered from Kalahari in December, communicated wrong address was selected and they said they would update and send to correct address before Christmas party - order had gifts for little ones etc.
Not only did the order never come, but now they claim they won't refund me (even though I have followed the process online to cancel my order) as they have not received the order and items back from their courier. I did not sign for any order so they can't even say I have it and have not sent it back - it never came.
Refund should be expedited asap - give me my money plz.
Very Bad Service - a little disappointing as long time customer.
