STatement complaint

I opened a Edgars account in November 2012. Since then I made my thirst payment on 3/12/2012, but this payment does not show on any of my statements. I know all the details on my bank description is correct as I have used the exact same beneficiary every month since and the other payments show on my statement.
The other problem I have is when I look at me statements, the statement for December 2012 is not there and the closing balance on my November statement is R1364.60 but the then the January statement has a opening balance of R1704.91. now this is impossible as the opening and closing balances should be the same from the one statement to another.
