I signed up to Zando a while back and have enjoyed EXCELLENT service with every purchase! I ordered a pair of shoes that turned out to be a size too small... they were collected and exchanged in 48hrs! Emailed a request to change my delivery address and within 24hrs I received a call and an email to confirm that it had been taken care of! The shoes I have bought are fabulous and the attitude and service of the Zando staff makes shopping with Zando and absolute pleasure!! I will most definitely be back!!
