Assistance Please

My father has a Russells account that i pay for, unfortunately i went through a financial crisis and could not pay my accounts or debt anymore, i had to go under Debt Review. Last week i got an sms from Russells saying that they are going to reposes my furniture, i do understand they are only doing there job and i am at fault for not being able to pay, but they said i must pay before the 7th of this month of which i said i will try my best to come up with the money. Unfortunately i could not get hold of money and i have tried everyone i know. Yesterday 2013/02/05 i got another sms to say they will be repossessing on 2013/02/07, the problem is now i don't have the money and want to make an arrangement to pay on the 20th of February, the only problem is i've been calling and calling and sending e-mails to speak to someone at the Legal department, but to no avail, the phones just rings at Russells Mamelodi and i have not received feedback from the e-mails i've sent. Please i just need to sort this out cause i do not want to lose my furniture, i just need time until the 20th.

Can someone, anyone from the legal dept. please get back to me, i only have today.
