I bought a 2kg twin tub machine on the 24th january they said they dont have the machine instore they will deliver during the week. so a week passed no delivery and no communication whatsoever. i called the customer care they said they would follow up why its not delivered and they would call but they never called. i called again today 01.02.14 they told me the same thing but havent gotten back to me.
