I gave a machine in for repairs and got a quote of a R1000 an told them to continue. My wife was passing the shop and I asked her to go in and collect the machine if it is finished but also to check if it is working. She paid and they said it cant be tested as it need the other parts as well.(Total nonsense) When I got home to check they haven't done a thing. I took it back the next day and asked them what the story was and he insisted it was fixed until I showed him the most obvious things that was not even touched. I asked that the regional manager phone me!!
Days later I phoned again and still nothing. Later that afternoon he phoned and was totally ill informed about the reason he had to call me. I told him to sort the issue and call back. Which he did from his car! I asked that he pull off as I could not hear him on which he replied that he cant as he is on the highway.
I went on the 7/12 to the store to collect the machine and asked about parts that was on the quote that was not replaced. They could not answer and I asked that the Regional manager Phone me.
Either he is still driving on the highway or he just do not bothe
