Well over a month ago, I went to FURNITURE CITY - PARK MEDOWS to purchase some goods, I spent R40k at the stores. As usual the sales women ASHIKA was excellent and made all sorts of promises.
A month later I am still awaiting delivery of my stock, the stuff that was delivered has to date not been installed (EVEN THOUGH SAME WAS PAID FOR), I have a fridge without a wine rack.
I have been made promises from THE WAREHOUSE IN BOKSBURG BY THE MANAGER, THE SALES ASSISTANT AT THE STORE IN PARK MEDOWS AS WELL AS THE MANAGER OF THE STORE IN PARK MEDOWS. I have wasted countless amount of money (in addition to the R40K I have already spent) chasing up and basically doing other peoples jobs.
NO ONE EVER FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH THERE PROMISES, each time someone calls me I have to retell the story and promises are made and no one does a thing, just over 2 weeks ago I called the MANGER and he promised to get back to me to date I have left countless messages (THE CALL IS OFTEN DROPPED WHEN I CALL AND ASK TO SPEAK TO HIM)
I have gone over and above to do the jobs that THESE PEOPLE ARE PAID FOR!!! This is ridiculous and the worst service I have EVER RECEIVED in my life
